Refund and Returns Policy

At fairlyusedmarket.shop, we sell fairly used and new products. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

Because we sell fairly used items, all products are inspected and described as accurately as possible. Product condition, wear, and specifications will be clearly listed on each product page.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this policy.

Eligibility for Refund or Return

You may request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery if:

    1. Wrong Item Sent: You received a different item than what you ordered.
    2. Damaged on Arrival: The item arrived damaged due to shipping. Photos must be provided within 24 hours.
    3. Item Not as Described: The product has major defects not listed in the product description.

We do NOT accept returns for:

    1. Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
    2. Minor cosmetic wear that was disclosed in the description and photos
    3. Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  1. Email us at: support@fairlyusedmarket.shop within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, photos/video of the issue, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and respond within *48 hours*

If approved, you may be required to return the item to our address at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except if the error was from our side.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in different size/color if available. Exchange requests follow the same 7-day rule above.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within *12 hours* of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and standard return rules apply.
